C'est dans ce cadre global que d'autres r\u00e9glementations contraignantes, comme la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des produits, ou non contraignantes, comme l'\u00e9thique, contribuent au d\u00e9veloppement d'une IA responsable.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Les technologies d'IA offrent une gamme d'opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et sociales qui peuvent augmenter le bien-\u00eatre des personnes. La puissance, l'\u00e9chelle et la vitesse des syst\u00e8mes d'IA peuvent am\u00e9liorer l'efficience et l'efficacit\u00e9 dans de nombreux domaines, notamment celui de la sant\u00e9, des transports, de l'\u00e9ducation et de l'administration publique. \n\nLes syst\u00e8mes\/technologies d'IA promettent de faire progresser la protection et le respect des droits de l'homme, notamment en rendant les services d'\u00e9ducation,de diagnostic m\u00e9dical et de traitement personnalis\u00e9s plus largement disponibles et accessibles. Cependant, les technologies d'IA peuvent \u00e9galement remettre en cause les droits de l'homme, la d\u00e9mocratie et l'\u00e9tat de droit et leur utilisation peut porter atteinte aux droits de l'homme,  accidentellement ou d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment. Les d\u00e9cideurs politiques, les technologues et toutes les parties prenantes doivent veiller \u00e0 ce que les syst\u00e8mes d'IA soient con\u00e7us de sorte \u00e0 respecter l'\u00e9tat de droit, les droits de l'homme, les valeurs d\u00e9mocratiques et la diversit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil de l'Europe m\u00e8ne actuellement une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/cahai\"><strong>\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 et identifie les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'un ou plusieurs instruments juridiques<\/strong><\/a>, contraignants et non contraignants, qui soutiennent la conception, le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre de syst\u00e8mes d'IA compatibles avec les droits de l'homme, la d\u00e9mocratie et l'\u00c9tat de droit. Les applications d'IA peuvent \u00e9galement jouer un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la promotion des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) dans des domaines tels que l'\u00e9ducation, la sant\u00e9, les transports, l'agriculture et l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de villes durables, entre autres.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/sustainabledevelopment.un.org\/post2015\/transformingourworld\"><strong>Le Programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00e0 l'horizon 2030<\/strong>,<\/a><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0adopt\u00e9 par tous les \u00c9tats membres des Nations Unies en 2015, fournit un plan d\u2019action commun pour la paix et la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 pour les peuples et la plan\u00e8te. Il contient 17 objectifs qui appellent tous les pays \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des actions de fa\u00e7on urgente.
